1. Operator

The Rieslinker mobile application ("App") and websites rieslinker.cz and rieslinker.com are operated by an individual entrepreneur under the Rieslinker brand ("Operator"). Contact: info@rieslinker.cz.

2. Description of Service

Rieslinker is a digital guide to wineries and wine cellars in South Moravia, Czech Republic. It allows users to browse wineries on a map, search, perform GPS check-ins, participate in leaderboards and manage favorites. For winery owners, it offers profile management, analytics and customer communication tools.

3. User Accounts

Browsing wineries is possible without registration. For check-ins, favorites and leaderboard, users must register with email, Google or Apple account. Users are responsible for the security of their account. Accounts can be deleted at any time in the app settings.

4. Rieslinker Premium

Rieslinker Premium is a paid service for winery owners. Price: 349 CZK/month or 3,990 CZK/year. Premium includes: up to 15 photos, advanced analytics, review replies, cover photo, priority listing, and multi-location management. Every owner account is entitled to a one-time 3-month free trial of advanced analytics.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation is possible at any time in the app settings. After cancellation, Premium remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Usage Rules

Users agree to use the App in accordance with Czech law. It is prohibited to: post false or offensive reviews, abuse the GPS check-in system, make automated access to the App, or upload inappropriate content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for the accuracy of information provided by winery owners (opening hours, contact details, descriptions). The Operator reserves the right to modify or terminate the service at any time.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms of Service become effective on the date of publication. The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes will be communicated through the App. Czech law shall govern these terms.
