2. Data We Collect

When using the App, we may process the following personal data:

• Email address (registration)
• Display name (profile)
• Profile photo (optional)
• GPS location (only during check-in, with consent)
• Check-in history and favorites
• Review texts
• Winery photos (owners)

3. Purpose of Processing

• Providing App services (identity verification, check-ins, leaderboard)
• User account management
• Communication with users (notifications, support)
• Analytics for winery owners (anonymized data)
• Service improvement

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on: (a) contract performance (service provision), (b) user consent (GPS location, push notifications), (c) legitimate interest of the Controller (service improvement, security).

• Supabase Inc. — database, authentication, file storage (EU servers)
• Stripe Inc. — payment processing
• Expo (820 Inc.) — push notifications
• Google LLC — map services

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for the duration of the user account. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized statistical data may be retained after account deletion.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@rieslinker.cz.

8. Cookies

The websites rieslinker.cz and rieslinker.com use only technically necessary cookies for proper website operation. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.

9. Security

Personal data is protected by encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel. We perform regular security audits.
